His dealership achieved the highest net profit in the country, he was recognized by AutoNation for achieving the highest level of performance as an executive for AutoNation and created the number one reporting and analytics platform in the country which he sold to Reynolds & Reynolds. Today, he is the CEO of Disruptive Growth Solutions, a boutique consulting firm that works with dealerships to massively improve their results and the vendors that provide solutions for them. He also created the first retail automotive focused think tank and they will be appearing on his new monthly show, The Power Breakfast where they tackle the most significant challenges facing dealers today.
