As of August 1, Henson Brand Dealerships allow associates to work four-day work weeks. A method tried by companies all over Europe and appearing more in the US, alternative schedules offer several advantages, but require a deal of adjustment from both the company and associates. We asked Managing Partner Eric Barbosa about the decision. He said there were many reasons to implement the change with a better work-life balance, well-rested associates providing a better customer experience, and saving money by reducing commutes among the top.
