Chinese Auto Sales Begin To Rebound

May saw Chinese auto sales begin the long road to pre-lockdown levels. The month had a 30% raise in sales from April, but was still down 17% year-over-year. Subsidies by the Chinese government have buyers acting quicker than before as production gradually resumes with lockdowns lifting in Shanghai.
