Shares in three top Chinese EV makers have dropped following delivery slowdowns in August.
Li Auto deliveries dropped 51% year-over-year.
Xpeng, while down 16% from July, has a 33% increase year-over-year
Nio was up 6% compared to July and an astounding 81.6% year-over-year.
Now for the strange part. US and Hong Kong share values of all three companies dropped. Despite good performances mixed in, confidence in the Chinese economy has been shaken by repeated blows to the supply chain, covid lockdowns, and now limited access to charging.
