It’s hard to see friends fight. Lucky for us David Long and Brian Kramer kept things clean and respectful in their All Things Used Cars discussion about sight unseen appraisals. Brian said the tools exist to give accurate penny perfect appraisals, while David maintained everybody involved may be walking away from good things by not offering a range and then performing a proper appraisal when the customer comes in.
By the end of the Clubhouse session, we took an anonymous poll that fell decisively in favor of providing customers sight unseen penny-perfect offers.
