A survey of over 1,200 people found consumers are counting on automakers to offer both online AND in-person buying options for EVs.
74% of respondents, ranging from folks looking to buy an EV to those resistant to switching from ICE, say they would prefer a dealership buying experience.
Why? According to the report, specific experience expectations, discussing the sale with a real person, and an existing relationship when the time comes for service all factor into respondent answers.
