The first trailer for Ewan McGregor's return as Obi-Wan Kenobi has dropped, and fans are drooling! The Disney+ show will be released on May 25th, just a few months after the ending of the previous D+ Star Wars show, Book of Boba Fett.
What we know. Ewan will be playing Obi-Wan sometime after the end of Revenge of the Sith and looks the part. His beard is thicker, and the lines in his face are undisguised. While Tatooine will play the backdrop for part of the show(One scene seems to show Obi-Wan checking in on young Luke from a distance), other planets and places are hinted at in the still images. Taking place after the Jedi are outlawed, some conflict will center around Inquisitor Reva as she hunts Ol' Ben across the stars.
