Ford's CEO Jim Farley will go to Vegas next week to discuss the future of the brand's relationship with dealers. Topics will include selling EVs through the existing dealer network and how dealers can cut $2000 per EV from the consumer cost.

It seems to compete with Tesla and other direct-to-consumer companies, Ford is considering a hybrid of dealer and direct to streamline the customer experience and cut costs where possible.

Jeep
has big plans for the next few years (Lightning emoji). Four new EVs by 2025 will surely excite the rugged adventurers and their shopping mall parking lot cousins within the Jeep community.

In addition to the previously announced Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe, Jeep revealed a Recon and 400-mile range, 600 hp Wagoneer this week.

GM has nothing to prove and is going to prove it! The all-electric Chevy Equinox is GM's newest EV. According to CEO Mary Barra's appearance on CBS Mornings, the $30k battery-powered remix will go on sale in about a year.

Barra also said the company will work toward 40% electrification by 2025 along the way to total carbon neutrality in 2040.
