The largest floating solar farm in North America, owned by NJR Clean Energy Ventures, is now online in New Jersey. The 8.9 MW array, covering 17 acres, powers 1,400 homes and 95% of a local water treatment plant's needs. The water-cooled panels increase efficiency and reduce evaporation so people can enjoy energy and save water.
