Nissan Partners With NASA For Battery Development

Nissan and NASA are working together to develop all-solid-state batteries. The partnership aims to eliminate the need for rare and expensive metals in future energy solutions. 

No shortage of confidence. Despite being early in the development stage, a pilot solid-state plant will open in 2024. Nissan hopes to debut the tech in passenger vehicles by 2028.
