Russian Soldiers Offered Crypto to End Invasion

Masha Efrosinina, Ukrainian TV host and honorary ambassador of the UN Population Fund, announced via Instagram that Russian soldiers would receive $45,000 and amnesty after trial for surrendering to Ukrainian forces. The offer comes from the Ministry of Defense after reports of Russians laying down their arms when becoming aware their mission is to kill Ukrainians.
