Salina car dealer raises $125,000 for Car Museum

Long Mcarthur Ford in Salina, KS donated a 2021 Shelby GT500 to be auctioned with all proceeds going to support the opening of The Garage Car Museum later this month in their city.

The Details: The $7 Million, 40,000 sq ft garage is set to open later this month and will be home to the KKOA Hall of Fame, Salina Cross Roads Car Experience. Michelle Peck, the Executive Director of The Garage expressed gratitude for the donation, saying “The funds donated by the Long McArthur Family will allow our team of professionals to educate people from all over the world through interactive and entertaining simulators, to create a gathering place for automotive enthusiasts, and to encourage the restoration and preservation of automotive treasures.”
