Texas Accuses Vroom of Deceptive Trade Practices

A lawsuit filed by Texas AG, Ken Paxton, charges online used-vehicle retailer Vroom with deceptive trade practices. The practices include undisclosed delays in transferring titles and registrations, negatively impacting thousands of customers. 

Better Business Bureau don't lie. The AG indicated over 5,000 consumer complaints with the BBB regarding Vroom and Texas Direct Auto over the last three years.
