On Sunday, a 58-member bipartisan group became the latest to push the Biden Administration to provide weapons and planes to Ukrainian defense efforts. The group pointed out that Russia retains air superiority in the conflict despite "heroic and skillful" efforts.
"I don't need a ride. I need ammo." The group urged to arrange and speed up the transfer of specific surface-to-air-missile systems. Others claimed planes, and not just defensive SAM systems, will be key to combating Russian air power in the conflict.
