With over 20 years of experience across automotive retail and dealer technology, Thuy brings a rare perspective shaped by time spent on both the retail and vendor sides of the industry. Before joining Mia, Thuy held leadership roles at Constellation and TrueCar, where she worked closely with dealership groups and franchise stores nationwide to drive performance through technology, process improvement, and customer experience modernization. Her career also includes years in automotive retail sales, giving her firsthand insight into the realities dealers face on the ground.
