Robotaxis Come To Chinese Cities

Self-driving start-up Pony.ai says it has received the first city robotaxi license in China. The license allows pony.ai to operate 100 self-driving cars as taxis. Last year, the Toyota-backed start-up received permission for commercial operations in suburban districts, but received approval for city operations over the weekend.
